The receptionist has great customer service face to face and over the phone. Very warm and welcoming. I had scheduling issues due to a family medical emergency and she was able to rearrangement my appointment so I could make it. I love the Native American w/our flag portrait in the patient lobby area. Johnny Cash was pretty cool too! The medical assistant was wonderful, very personable, and informative. Dr. Hensley, I love the classical music! I could have waited in the exam room all day listening to the classical music! Thank you for my treatment, dermatological information, and the effort in saying my name, wrong or right!
