Dr Hensley’s office staff are very personable and cordial yet maintain a professionalism that only further enhances ones confidence when keeping an appointment. The staff always seem to be in a good mood and genuinely glad to see you.
From Julie to Stephanie the assistant, or Mellia, (sp) or Jessica, and including but not limited to Dr Ross Hensley himself, they take their patient care duties to heart and make sure your questions are answered, your needs are met, and offer any additional information you might request regarding treatment, prescriptions, etc.
I was totally satisfied each time I visited and I especially liked the explanations regarding skin care, dermatology concerns addressed in the mainstream media, as well as any fears I might have. Responsible, personable, concerned and caring. What more could one want ??
